The Corsa has already produced by Opel since 1982, and the present, third generation, was presented in 2000. The latest modernization of the model, which brought about styling changes to the body and the interior, new headlamps and a refreshed range of engines, took place in the fall of 2003. The vehicle is now equipped with petrol engines: a 3-cylinder 1.0-liter 60 hp Twinport, or 4-cylinder: 1.2-liter 80 hp, 1.4-liter 90 hp and 1.8-liter 125 hp units. Also, great interest is enjoyed by diesel engines: the 1.3-liter CDTi of 70 hp and the 1.7-liter CDTi of 100 hp, both of Polish origin. The Corsa with selected engines is available with an automated Easytronic gearbox.
